The Muse Meditation Headband
Recently I wrote an article on why world-leading trauma expert Dr Bessel Van Kolk thinks that neurofeedback, a form of brain training, may be the number one intervention for trauma resolution.
I mentioned in that article that a cheaper form of brain feedback training that can be done at home is using “Muse,” the brain sensing headband.
For those of us who struggle with meditation, are not really sure how to do it, or whether we are doing it “right” – Muse is a great solution!
This is a video about how Muse works, from it’s founder Ariel Garten. Ariel has a background in neuroscience and psychotherapy. Her brain sensing headband is now used my clinicians and researchers at Harvard, the Mayo clinic, Yale, UCL, MIT and many more.

No need to be concerned about EMFs and Muse
For those of you concerned that Muse communicates via Bluetooth signal, which is a form of electromagnetic frequency (EMF), back in 2014, Muse switched to “lower power” bluetooth connectivity and achieved a 90% reduction in EMFs.
Dr Joe Mercola conducted his own testing on the EMF emissions of Muse and confirmed the 90% reduction with the new lower power bluetooth, and is now also a huge proponent of the technology.
